New copolyester MCDP continuous polymerization, spinning, dyeing and finishing technology to solve the polyester homogeneous isomorphism problem, breaking the bottleneck of polyester production energy consumption and emissions. This project developed "super soft and easy to dye polyester fiber products" have atmospheric boiling dye without alkali treatment of low-carbon environmental characteristics, ultra-soft feel, good moisture absorption and anti-pilling performance significantly imitation cotton and other effects.

In Gu Lixia opinion, another major significance of this invention is energy saving. This aspect refers to the new polyester products using low-temperature synthesis reaction in the polyester, polyester and high temperature reaction of the original product requirements compared to the energy consumption has reduced certain extent, in the spinning process in both the drying temperature spinning temperature, the heating temperature should be lower than conventional polyesters. Especially in the dyeing process, the new polyester products using atmospheric boiling dyeing process without alkali reduction treatment step.
